Here at Dreamy Beds & Mattresses Ltd all items are delivered free of charge to most locations within England, We do not deliver to Scotland, Wales, offshore locations including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. You will be contacted within 24 hours if there is a problem with delivery location.
Delivery
We guarantee delivery of your product within 7 working days of your order however we will endeavour to deliver sooner if possible
Once you complete your order, our Logistics team will schedule a delivery slot, contacting you within 48 hours to confirm the date. Where possible, we will also provide a time.
Nonetheless Our drivers will always call 1 hour before delivery.

Returns Policy
At Dreamy Beds & Mattresses our products undergo stringent quality control checks.
Please be sure to check all items delivery.
In the unlikely event your order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged during transport, we will issue a replacement within 7 days of original delivery. Original product must be in the same condition as delivered as we are unable to accept used or damaged items.
In the situation of incorrectly ordered on customer behalf we will do our best to rectify and solve the situation by offering alternatives but please be sure to check your order first as each bed is bespoke, individually hand crafted and made to each particular customer order.
When applicable, refunds will be subject to a handling charge of up to 40% of total order.
